Reasonable application of leukotriene receptor antagonists in treatment of bronchial asthma

摘要 白三烯受体拮抗剂在支气管哮喘治疗中占有重要地位，既可作单独治疗，也可作为辅助治疗。本文从《全球哮喘创议》（0lobal Initiative for Asthma，G1NA）角度（治疗阶梯）出发，分析白三烯受体拮抗剂在支气管哮喘治疗中的合理应用。 The leukotriene receptor antagonists possess important position in the treatment of bronchial asthma, it not only can be used for monotherapy, but also for adjunctive therapy. This articles analyzes the reasonable application of leukotriene receptor antagonists in the treatment of bronchial asthma from the point of view of Global Initiative for Asthma（GINA,therapy step）.
