摘要
地质灾害监测设备大多采用蓄电池或与太阳能组合供电,供电电压一般在12 V左右,为了满足后端微处理器电路、数据采集与通信电路的低电压、大电流、高纹波抑制比和低能耗等要求,设计了一种基于单芯片的降压型高性能电源转换器。采用TPS6211x内置的FET,通过合理配置外接电阻、电容和电感等参数值,并完善PCB布局布线,将3.1~17 VDC降压至1.2~16 VDC,并可实现大电流输出。性能测试及实际应用情况表明,该电源转换器在5 V稳压输出时,能够提供1.48 A的大电流工作,纹波18.1 mV,电压调整率0.1%,电流调整率0.67%,转换效率91%,满足了地质灾害监测设备的工作需求。
The monitoring device of geological disaster mostly uses a combination of battery or solar power,which is generally about 12 V.In order to meet the needs of low voltage,high current,high ripple rejection ratio and low energy consumption for back-end microprocessor circuit,data acquisition and communication circuit,a high-performance Buck power converter based on single-chip was designed.Using the FET embedded in TPS6211x,through the rational parameter configuration of external resistors,capacitors,inductor,and perfect PCB layout wiring,it would reduce 3.1-17 VDC to 1.2-16 VDC with large current output.The performance test and applications show that,when the power converter's output voltage is 5 V,it can provide a large current of 1.48 A,ripple of 18.1 mV,voltage adjustment rate of 0.1%,current adjust rate of 0.67 and conversion efficiency of 91% and satisfy the demands of geological disaster monitoring device.
