摘要
介绍一种低噪声高效能的DC-DC稳压电源,主要讨论了电感对电源效率的影响原因。并通过试验的办法选择最优电感值和磁性材料,实现小体积高效率和低噪声。对于DIP封装的MAX758控制芯片,电源的输出电流达到250mA,输出电压连续可调,转换效率可达90%以上,输出纹波小于20mVpp,可满足便携式仪表的要求。
This paper introduces a kind of switch power supply, it has lower noise and higher efficiency. The reason is discussed that inductance works on efficiency. Using experiment choose best inductance size and material. Realizing smaller bulk and higher efficiency. Using DIP encapsulation MAX758 chipset, Output electric current can up to 250mA, Output electric voltage can be continuous adjusted, efficiency can achieve more than 90%, less than 20mVpp output ripple is. This power supply is adapt to portable instrument.
