摘要
目的:研究糖皮质激素诱导不同状态大鼠CYP3A和GST活性变化差异。方法:SD雄性大鼠随机分为3组。氢化可的松组肌注氢化可的松琥珀酸钠注射液,地塞米松组肌注地塞米松磷酸钠注射液,正常组肌注等体积生理盐水。检测血清T3、T4、TSH、COR、E2、T水平及肝、小肠CYP3A及肝和血浆GST活性。结果:地塞米松组肝CYP3A和GST活性均显著升高,而氢化可的松组仅GST活性显著升高;2模型组大鼠小肠CYP3A和血浆GST活性未见显著变化。结论:糖皮质激素诱导不同状态下药物代谢酶CYP3A和GST活性存在差异。
Objective:To study the differences of CYP3A and GST activities in Different Rat States induced by Glucocorticoids.Methods:Male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups.Normal control group rats were injected with physiological saline.Hydrocortisone group rats were given Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate Injection by intramuscular,Dexamethasone group rats were given Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection by intramuscular.The level of T3,T4,TSH,COR,E2,T in Serum were determined.The activities of CYP3A in liver and small intestinal were measured.The activities of GST in liver and plasma were determinate.Results:.The activities of liver CYP3A and GST were both increased in Dexamethasone group rats,but only GST increased in Hydrocortisone group rats.There were no significantly changes of small intestinal CYP3A and plasma GST activities among these two model groups.Conclusion: There were differences of drug metabolism enzyme CYP3A and GST activities in Different Rat States induced by Glucocorticoids.
