摘要
目的 :寻找安全有效的抗突变生物资源 ,为肿瘤预防和降低环磷酰胺的遗传危害提供科学依据。方法 :采用修改的Ames试验和小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验 ,研究松茸提取物AMH对CP致突变作用的影响。结果 :Ames试验结果表明 ,CP具有碱基对置换致突变作用 ,AMH能显著性抑制CP的致突变作用 (P <0 0 1) ,对测试菌株TA10 0 的诱发回变菌落形成抑制率最高为 79 9% ;小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验也表明 ,AMH能显著性抑制CP对遗传物质的损害 ,微核形成抑制率达 82 %。AMH对CP致突变作用的抑制作用存在明显的剂量反应关系。结论 :松茸提取物对CP致突变作用具有显著的抑制作用 ,在肿瘤预防和降低CP的毒副作用方面具有应用前景。
Objective:Find safe and effective bio-antimutagenic resources for the prevention of tumor and the reduction of the harmful side-effect of CP.Methods:The antimutagenic effect of AMH on CP was studied by the revised Ames test and the revised micronuclei test Results The result of Ames test showed CP was a base-pair substitution mutagen AMH could significantly inhibit the mutagenicity of CP in strain TA 100 ( P <0 01) The highest inhibitory ratio in strain TA 100 was 79 9% The result of micronuclei test also showed AMH could significantly inhibit the inherit damage of CP The highest inhibitory ratio of micronuclei was 82 0% And significant dose-effect relationship existed in the antimutagenicity Conclusion:AMH could significantly inhibit the mutagenicity of CP It may be useflu in cancer prevention and in reduction of CP's harmful side-effect
