摘要
结合建设工程的特殊性和加强合同管理的必要性,分析了工程施工合同管理在施工企业项目管理中的作用,针对目前建设施工合同管理中存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了加强和完善建设工程施工合同管理的具体措施。
Combining with the speciahy of the constructing projects and necessity for improving the contract management, the paper analyzes the role of the engineering construction contract management in the program management of the construction enterprises, explores the problems in the current management of the construction contracts, and points out the factual measures to improve and strengthen the management of the engineering contracts.
