摘要
本文通过文献资料法、录像观察与专家调查法对我国空手道体能训练展开研究,得出空手道组手项目应以有氧代谢为供能基础;体能训练应突出力量素质训练强度;应整合速度、灵敏与协调训练、与技战术训练有效结合;提高运动员准备活动、整理活动中柔韧训练的针对性。
This paper studies the physical training of Karate athletes in China and concludes that the training should rely on aerobic metabolism for energy supply, that the physical training should center on the training of strength, that the training of speed, agility and coordination should be integrated with the training of skills and tactics, and that we should improve the pertinence of flexibility training in the stages of preparation and cooling down exercises.
