摘要
本文针对我国中小学生的心理现状及特点,指出现有体育教育中存在的问题与不足,从学理层面论述了学校体育教育具有较大的心理健康效应,对"体育-心理"教学模式进行了探讨。
In view of the status quo and features of elementary and high school students＂ psychological health in our country, this paper points out the problems and insufficiencies in physical education today. It discusses the psychological benefit of school physical education, and tries to explore the method in physical-psychological education of elementary and high school students.
