摘要
以指数分解分析法对能源利用效率进行分解,从中找出影响能源利用效率的主要因素:一为产业结构因素、二为技术进步因素。根据变量关系在时间上的非稳定性特征,建立了能源利用效率影响因素的时变参数模型。分析结论表明,产业结构调整和技术进步对我国能源利用效率的影响力是持续稳定上升的,而产业结构调整对能源利用效率的提高起主导作用。
The main influencing factors of the efficiency of energy consumption are attributed to two aspects, industrial structure and technology progress, using index decomposition analysis as theoretical framework. A time - varying param- eter model is applied due to the fact that the relationship structure of the variables is not stable. The analysis results show that the industrial restructuring plays a dominant role, though both factors have steady increasing influence on the improvement of energy consumption efficiency.
