摘要 目的优选黄芪中主要有效成分的提取工艺。方法以黄芪多糖和黄芪甲苷的转移率为考察指标,选取加水量、提取时间、提取次数3个考察因素,采用L9(34)正交表进行试验优选提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为10倍量水加热回流提取2次,每次2 h。结论经正交试验优选的提取工艺合理可行。 Objective To optimize the technology of extracting main active components from Astragalus membranaceus.Methods The transfer rates of Astragalus Polysaccharide and Astragaloside IV were taken as indexes,water addition,extracting time and frequency were selected as 3 factors for investigation and table L9(34) was used to conduct the orthogonal experiment.Results The best extraction technology is to extract for tiwce with 10 fold water solution,and 2 h for each time.Conclusion The extracting technology is reasonable and feasible.
