摘要
《人力资源管理》是一门应用性很强的课程,需要培训大学生具有较强的实践能力和操作能力。文章提出了"开放式"实践模式,从其特征、相关理论基础、实施和保障措施等方面对《人力资源管理》的实践教学进行了探讨。
Human resource management is a subject with outstanding characteristic of application. The subject should focus on the capability cultivation in practice and operation. The present paper proposed an open practice model, and discussed the practice teaching of human resource management from several aspects, including traits, relational theory, implement as well as safeguard measures.
