摘要
动脉硬化所导致的缺血性心脏病严重危害人类健康,临床治疗所面临的最大难题就是如何安全有效的再通阻塞血管和建立侧支循环来改善缺血区的血供。成熟机体内血管形成有两种方式:第一通过机体内存在于外周血、已定向分化的内皮细胞增殖、游走、重塑血管,即血管新生(angiogenesis)。但研究显示,
