摘要
目的通过管床责任制护理,改变以往卧床患者皮肤管理的难题。方法通过系统化培训和专科指引的制定,统一落实降低或杜绝院内压疮的发生率。结果利用皮肤评估工具统一管理,对2008年至2010年间住院的患者进行筛选,经诺顿评分,确定有发生压疮高危的患者113人,通过责任制管床方法,严格执行皮肤管理制度,实施个体化护理措施。结论管床责任制提高了护理管理质量,从而提高了压疮患者的治愈率,提高了患者的满意度,同时提升了护士的核心竞争力。
Objective Responsibility system was used in management of sick bed to solve the problem of the bedridden patients＇ skin nursing. Methods To reduce or eliminate the incidence of pressure ulcers by applying the systematic training and specialty instructions. Using skin evaluation tools to manage systematically. Results Using the standard of Norton score, screening out 113 patients who were in high-risk to get pressure ulcers from the inpatients during 2008 to 2010. Using responsibility system in management of sick bed. Strictly implementing management system and using personalized nursing measures to take care of the patients. Conclusion Responsibility system has improved the quality of nursing management, so as to increase the pressure ulcer recovery rates and improve the patients＇ satisfaction, and meanwhile enhance the core competitiveness of the nurses.
