摘要
目的:探析NICU健康教育中运用临床护士分层级护理与责任制护理的临床效果。方法:选择本院收治的新生患儿120例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各60例,其中对照组给予传统护理模式,而观察组则运用分层级护理与责任制护理,对两组的护理效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组的护士满意度评分、医生满意度评分以及满意度均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将临床护士分层级护理与责任制护理运用在NICU健康教育中,不仅可以提高护理质量,还能建立和谐的护患关系,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effects of clinical nurse with hierarchical level nursing and responsibility system nursing in NICU health education.Method:120 newborn children in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing mode,while observation group was given hierarchical level nursing and responsibility system nursing,the nursing effects of two groups were analyzed.Result:Compared with control group,the satisfaction and satisfaction score of nurses' and doctors in observation group were better,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The hierarchical level nursing and responsibility system nursing used in NICU health education,not only can improve the quality of nursing,but also to establish a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,it is worthy of promoting.
