摘要
该矿石中金矿物嵌布粒度较细,主要包裹在黄铁矿、毒砂及脉石矿物中,碳含量较高。针对该矿石性质,试验采用磨矿细度w(-0.038 mm)80%,预先浮选脱碳,二次粗选作业加入适量的脉石抑制剂等措施,获得混合精矿金品位37.35 g/t,金回收率为86.70%。脱碳与不脱碳工艺相比,精矿金品位提高了2.55 g/t,金回收率提高了2.29%。
The dissemination particle of gold minerals in the ore is relatively fine,and most of gold minerals are wrapped in pyrite,arsenopyrite and gangue minerals.Meanwhile,the content of carbon is high.According to the ore properties,the grinding fineness reaches-0.038 mm 80 %,the prior floatation decarburization,twice roughing floatation and adding depressor of gangue minerals are adopted.The results of closed-circuit tests show that mixed gold concentrate with 37.35 g/t gold grade and 86.70 % gold recovery is achieved,which is 2.55 g/t and 2.29 % higher than the processing flowsheet without decarburization.
