摘要
采用氧化焙烧+氰化浸出工艺处理陕西某含碳金矿。优化的焙烧条件为680℃焙烧2h,氧化焙砂氰化浸出的最佳条件为:氰化钠浓度1 000g/t、浸出时间24h、物料粒度-0.074mm占90%以上,在此条件下金浸出率达86.91%,活性炭吸附金效率高,浸出过程是整个过程的限制环节。
Oxidizing roasting and cyanidation leaching process were adopted to treat carbonaceous bearing gold ore from Shaanxi province. The optimum roasting condition is 680℃ for 2 h. The optimum cyanidation leaching conditions include concentration of NaCN of 1 000 g/t, leaching time of 24 h, and particle of roasted product of -0. 074 mm 90%. Under those conditions, leaching rate of gold is 86.91%, adsorption rate of gold is high and the limited step is leaching by CIP (Carbon in Pulp) method.
