摘要
南京医科大学第一临床医学院借鉴国内外医学院校课程整合的成功经验,在七年制临床课程教学阶段,采用以器官系统为基础的课程模式,结合以症状为主线的专题讲座和以问题为主导的教学,对内科学、外科学等五门临床课程进行了优化整合改革,以促进对医学生整体临床思维能力等方面的培养。
With reference to successful experience of curriculum integration at domestic and overseas medical schools, organ system--based curriculum model, combined with seminars focusing on symptoms and PBL teaching have been adopted by the First School of Clinical Medicine at Nanjing Medical University to carry out the integration in Internal Medicine, Sur- gery and other three clinical courses. The results showed that seven--year program students demonstrated stronger abilities of clinical thinking after the curriculum integration.
