摘要
【目的】对哮喘儿童的智力结构进行研究和分析,探讨其智力发育中的缺陷,为其早期综合干预提供理论依据。【方法】通过1∶1配对病例-对照研究方法,采用韦氏儿童智力量表对105例哮喘儿童和105例正常儿童进行对照研究。【结果】哮喘儿童组和对照组比较,总智商、言语智商、分类、领悟、图片排列、编码、言语理解因子与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。【结论】哮喘儿童存在智力结构发展不平衡。
[Objective] To investigate the characteristics of intelligence level and intelligence structure in children with asthma,and to provide evidence for early-interventions, [Methods] By a 1 : 1 matched case -control study , 105 children with asthma were compared with 105 normal children in the study. All participants were assessed with the Wechsler Children Scales of Intelligence(C-WlSC). [Rusnlt] The full intelligence quotient,verbal intelligence quotient,classifica- tion,insight,psicture array,coding,speech understanding factorr had statistical significant(P〈0.05). [Conclusion] The present study suggests that intellectual and structure is impaired in children with asthma.
