摘要
体育游戏除了具有游戏和体育活动的一般特点之外,还具有目的性、自选性和趣味性等自身的特点.阐述了体育游戏的健身、娱乐和教育作用以及体育游戏的教学原则.将体育游戏运用于中学体育教学中,具有如下作用:促进中学生身心健康发展,使学生集中注意力和提高兴奋性,诱导学生练习,提高学生兴趣等.
Besides the general features of sports and games,sports games has its own characteristics of purposiveness,self-choice,and interestingness.The paper expounds sports games＇ functions of fitness,amusement,and education,as well as its teaching principles.The advantages of sports games in middle school PE teaching are： to promote the students＇ healthy physical and mental growth;to cause them to concentrate and feel more excited;and to attract them to practice and to arouse and raise their interests.
