摘要
冲击加载机构是冲击疲劳试验机的重要部件,冲击疲劳试验对冲击脉冲稳定性有严格的要求。设计一种新型冲击疲劳试验机的加载机构,并重点研究该加载机构的运动稳定性。根据加载机构动力学模型,利用数值仿真计算方法得到不同初始条件下,冲击脉冲的稳定性。通过分析,确定了保证冲击脉冲稳定性的边界条件,从理论上证明冲击疲劳加载机构的运动可靠性和合理性。
The impact loading mechanism is the important assembly of impact fatigue testing machine. The stability of impact pulse was researched to meet the requests of impact fatigue test. According to the dynamic model of loading mechanism, the relations between initialization conditions and stability of impact pulse were gained by the method of numerical simulation. The boundary conditions to ensure the stability of impact pulse were determined through analyzing the results of numerical simulation. So the results can prove that the movement of loading mechanism is reliable and the design is reasonable.
