摘要
目的探讨静脉药物配置中心对患者安全用药的作用。方法在静脉药物配置中心密闭式环境下进行药物配置,同时引进专业药师审核处方和系统双重审核处方、条形码管理、严格核对等。结果杜绝了临床输错或换错液体和与配置有关的输液反应;不合理用药减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论静脉药物配置中心对保障患者安全用药发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS） on the patient medication safety. Methods PIVAS included the process of pharmacy admixture in a closed environment, cooperating with check and recheck the prescription by the pharmacists and computers, the introduction of the bar codes management and strict check off. Results No mistakes about infusion drugs and infusion reactions related with drug admixture occurred. The incidence of improper prescription was significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The establishment of pharmacy intravenous admixture service greatly contributes to the patients＇safety.
