摘要
阐述了知识生态作为一种知识管理理念对于建设生态化图书馆,建立期刊阅览室知识生态共享机制,培养具有生态系统性知识、掌握生态型学习方法、环境适应能力强的学生的重要意义,分析了期刊阅览室管理与服务现状,以知识生态理论为指导,从管理创新和服务创新两个方面探讨了期刊阅览室管理与服务策略。
This paper expounds the important significance of knowledge ecology,being as a knowledge management concept,on the construction of ecological library,the establishment of periodical reading room＇s knowledge ecological sharing mechanism,and the cultivation of the students possessing ecological systemic knowledge,mastering ecological learning methods,and having stronger environment adaptability,and guided by the knowledge ecological theory,probes into the strategies for the management and service of periodical reading room from both management innovation and service innovation.
