摘要
[目的]检测市售马铃薯转基因成分。[方法]采用CTAB法提取样品的基因组DNA,分别设计花椰菜花叶病毒35s启动子(pro-moter from canliflomer mosaic virus,CaMV 35s)和胭脂碱合成酶3’转录终止子(nopaline synthase lerminator,NOS)作为特异性引物,然后对基因组DNA进行PCR扩增检测,根据扩增后产物的琼脂糖凝胶电泳图可分析出其中是否含有转基因成分。[结果]10份马铃薯样品中5份检测出含有转基因成分,占检测样品的50%。[结论]由结果推断出市场上销售的转基因马铃薯占总马铃薯销售量的50%左右。
[Objective] The aim was to detect the genetically modified potatoes from market.[Method] By dint of CATB method,genomic DNA in the sample was extracted.The exogenous promoter and lerminator such as CaMV 35s(promoter from canliflomer mosaic virus) and NOS(nopaline synthase lerminator) were used as the detection primers to genetically engineered detect on Yinchuan city's commercial potato.PCR amplification on genomic DNA was carried out.According to the PCR amplification product's agarose gel electrophoresis can analyze whether it contains genetically modified ingredients.[Result] The results showed that: 50% of potato samples were detected to contain genetically modified ingredients.[Conclusion] Results indicated that 50% of potato included genetically modified ingredients in market.
