摘要
随着转基因技术的迅猛发展,转基因作物及其产品的安全性问题受到广泛关注,世界各国纷纷加大了对转基因生物及其产品的管理力度。转基因检测是转基因安全管理的技术保障,本文就国内外转基因作物及产品的检测技术进行了综述,重点介绍了目前使用较广泛的PCR、ELISA等转基因检测技术的原理和特点,提出了今后转基因检测技术的发展趋势和研究方向。
Genetically modified crops（GMCs） had been rapidly developed since they were first commercialized in 1996. But at the same time, the safety of GMCs had become a world wide concerned issue, so the detection for genetically modified crops and products was necessa- ry in safety administration. The detection techniques of GMCs was reviewed, the principle and characteristics of PCR, ELISA mainly were introduced and the development trend and the research direction of detection technology for GMCs were discussed.
