ICP孕妇胆汁酸水平与新生儿心肌损伤关系的研究

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(IcP)中胆汁酸值与胎儿心肌酶谱水平关系。方法选择2009年1月-2011年1月于我院产前检查并住院分娩孕妇确诊为ICP(2~)J[、重度)及正常孕妇各50例,对其新生儿进行肌酸激酶(cK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)两种心肌酶测定。结果ICP重度组CK(3659+1.5)水平明显高于对照组(1125±37)及轻度组(119.4±2.6),且LDH水平(489.5±23)较对照组(2544±1.6)及轻度组(271.2±2.8)显著增加。(P〈0.01)。结论ICP患者血清中高浓度胆酸是导致胎儿进行性加重的l心律失常和突发胎死宫内的原因之一。
