摘要妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症（intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,ICP）是妊娠期特有的并发症,以妊娠中晚期孕妇发生皮肤瘙痒、黄疸、肝功能生化指标异常为特征。ICP具有较高的胎儿死亡率。妊娠晚期,即使在密切的电子胎心监护下,ICP胎儿也常发生难以预料的胎儿窘迫,甚至胎儿猝死。本文综述了ICP胎儿猝死的流行病学及其发病机制。
