摘要
对能实现直线推送的差动轮系机构进行了参数设计,同时进行了运动计算分析,得到输出轴的运动轨迹为直线,运动方式为平动,并在ADAMS中建立了该差动轮系的虚拟样机,在此基础上进行了运动模拟仿真分析,仿真分析结果是输出轴的运动与理论计算相吻合,从而验证了机构传动设计的正确性。
In this paper parameter design of the difterential gear train which can transform circular motion into rectilinear reciprocating motion is processed. By analyzing its motion, the trajectory of the output shaft is a straight line and movement pattern is the translation. A virtual prototype of the differential gear train is built and its movement is simulated and analyzed by using the software of ADAMS. The output motion is obtained and accords with the theoretic value. Therefore, the transmission design of gear train is validated to be correct.
