摘要
传统的机械产品设计制造过程是基于实际样机的设计验证过程,设计周期长、成本高、质量提高困难。为克服这些困难,应用UG软件对行星齿轮传动系统进行三维实体参数化建模,应用仿真分析软件MSC.ADAMS对行星齿轮传动系统模型进行仿真模拟及运动学分析。实现了用虚拟样机来代替实际样机进行验证设计,提高了设计质量和效率。
The traditional mechanical product design and manufacturing process is based on the actual prototype from the design verification process,which needs a long design cycle,high cost and with difficulties to improve the quality.In order to overcome this difficulty,UG software for planetary gear drive system to build three-dimensional solid parametric modeling is applied.MSC.ADAMS simulation analysis software for planetary gear drive system is applied to simulate and perform kinematic analysis.With a virtual prototype instead of the actual prototype for the design verification,the design quality and efficiency is improved.
