摘要
中国历史文化名镇名村从2003年开始至今已经公布了五批共350个。虽然具有高效率的申报和评选制度,但是中国历史文化名镇名村的保护还存在很多困难和问题。法国的建筑、城市和景观遗产保护区的制度通过非常具有针对性的灵活的方法有效保护了法国大量的历史文化村镇。本文剖析了法国建筑、城市和景观遗产保护区的特征与保护方法,从调查与分析、保护规划以及保护管理三个方面提出值得我们借鉴的建议。
Since 2003, 350 Historical and Cultural Towns and Villages have been listed in China. The conservation of Historical and Cultural Towns and Villages is facing many difficulties and problems despite the effective nomination and inscription system. The ZPPAUP system protected a lot of villages and towns effectively in France because of its pertinence and flexibility. This paper introduces the characteristics and conservation methods of ZPPAUP, and gives recommendations to the Chinese system in investigation, conservation plan and management.
