摘要
在当前国际社会历史文化遗产保护蔚为浪潮的背景下,介绍了法、意、日、英等国遗产保护的经验、理念、法律和实践;并对世界文化遗产颐和园的价值进行全面概括,对其现有的保护法律、法规层次进行细致呈现。在此基础上,通过中外对比,指出当前中国遗产保护在城市现代化潮流中的普遍困境。
Under the background of worldwide trend of historical and cultural heritage protection, the experience, conception, law and practice in heritage protection in France, Italy, Japan, and UK are introduced. The overall summary is made on the value of the world cultural heritage the Summer Palace, and the existing protection laws and regulations are presented in detail. Then the difficult position of Chinese heritage protection in urban modernization is pointed out on the basis of comparison.
