坦克排烟管热电转换模拟试验研究

Analogue Test Study on Thermoelectric Conversion of Tank’s Exhaust Pipe

摘要 为降低坦克排烟管的红外特性,设计了应用于坦克排烟管高温表面的热电转换方案,并进行了模拟试验和理论计算。结果表明:热电转换器件的开路电压和负载电压、负载电流随冷热面温差的增加呈线性增长,而输出功率、效率则以二次方的速度增长;多片热电转换器件组合能够实现所要求的电能输出。试验中热电系统产生的电能驱动散热风扇运转,说明热电转换用于高温度、高热通量场合实现红外抑制的目的是切实可行的。模拟试验表明:经热量转换和热量转移后热电转换系统表面温度较模拟坦克排烟管表面温度下降超过33%,说明利用热电转换方案实现坦克高温部位的红外抑制效果明显。 For reducing infrared characteristics of tank's exhaust pipe,a thermoelectric conversion project which is applied to high temperature surface of tank's exhaust pipe is designed,then analogue tests and some theoretical calculation are undertaken.Results show that the open circuit voltage,load voltage and load current of thermoelectric converter linearly increase as the temperature differences of cold and hot sides increase,while output power and working efficiency increase at speed of quadratic dependence;the combination of thermoelectric converters can output the needed electric energy.That the fan can be driven by electricity generated from thermoelectric system in the experiments shows that it is feasible to apply thermoelectric conversion to cases of high temperature and high thermal flux for purpose of infrared restraining.The analogue tests show that the surface temperature of thermoelectric converting system reduces over 33% compared with analogue tank's exhaust after heat conversion and heat transfer.It proves effective to achieve the goal of infrared restraining on tank's high temperature part through thermoelectric converting design.
