两种蛤仔线粒体16S rRNA基因和COⅠ基因的序列比较 被引量:2

Molecular phylogeny of the genus Ruditapes (Mollusca:Bivalvia) based on mitochondrial 16S and COI sequences

摘要 对菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)和杂色蛤仔(Ruditapes variegata)的线粒体16S rRNA基因和COⅠ基因序列进行了分析。结果表明,16S序列共有117个变异位点,COⅠ序列共有160个变异位点,COⅠ基因编码的219个氨基酸序列中有29个不同。根据16S序列和COⅠ基因编码的氨基酸序列进行聚类分析,两种蛤仔与硬壳蛤(Mercenaria mercenaria)之间的聚类结果并不一致,有必要对缀锦蛤亚科更多的相近种进行序列分析。 DNA sequence comparisons of two mitochondrial DNA genes were used to infer phylogenetic relationships of the genus Ruditapes. The 16S rRNA gene displayed 117 variable sites and the CO I gene displayed 160. There were 29 variable amino acid residues among the 219 of the CO I gene. Phylogenetic analysis using sequences of 16S rRNA gene and CO I gene yielded trees with different topology. More sequences among more species of subfamily Tapetinae would contribute to improve existing classification systems.
