摘要
核心利益是国家利益结构中次序优先、关系全局、不容侵犯的利益,涉及国家的生存、独立和发展。不同的国家对核心利益的界定往往会存在显著的差异,造成这种状况的主要原因在于对核心利益的界定往往是各种客观变量和主观变量综合作用的结果。只有系统地梳理各种具体的客观和主观变量,才能全面、准确地理解一国的国家核心利益,并对某一具体利益是否应该被列入国家核心利益作出理性的回答。
Core national interests concern a nation＇s security, independence and developments, which are comprehensive, inviolable and top-prior in the spectrum of national interests. Different countries have different definitions on core national interests, since they are defined by different objective and subjective variables. So it is necessary to comb such variables to obtain a comprehensive and exact meaning of core interests. Only through this way can a particular interest be regarded as core interest of a nation.
