摘要
文章综述了大豆异黄酮的来源、理化性质、吸收与代谢,阐述了其在养羊生产中的使用效果和添加用量,提出了其存在的问题,并展望了其应用前景。
This paper expounded the sources, physicochemical properties, absorption and metabolism, and the using effect, add content in the sheep production of soy isoflavones, presented its problems and prospects of its application.
