复方甘草酸苷对斑秃患者血清细胞因子IFN-γ和IL-4的影响 被引量：1

摘要 评价复方甘草酸苷对斑秃患者血清细胞因子IFN-γ和IL-4的影响。采用双抗体夹心ELISA法,分别测定健康对照者,复方甘草酸苷治疗前、后的斑秃患者血清细胞因子IFN-γ和IL-4的水平。斑秃患者体内IFN-γ水平较健康对照组显著升高(P<0.05),IL-4水平与健康对照组比较无显著性差异,复方甘草酸苷治疗后,IFN-γ水平较治疗前明显降低,IL-4水平较治疗前无显著变化。复方甘草酸苷治疗斑秃可能是通过调节T细胞,尤其是Th1细胞的功能,从而影响细胞因子网络而起治疗作用。
