摘要
目的探讨银屑病采取复方甘草酸苷联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗的效果和安全性。方法选择我院60例银屑病患者,根据入院编号将患者分为西药组(n=30)和联合组(n=30)。西药组患者采取迪银片治疗,联合组患者采取复方甘草酸苷联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合组患者的PASI评分明显低于西药组,治疗总有效率明显高于西药组,IL-17、IL-22水平低于西药组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银屑病采取复方甘草酸苷联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗的效果好,安全性高,可推广运用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin combined with BCG polysaccha- ride nucleic acid in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods Sixty cases of patients with psoriasis in our hospital were selected and divided into western medicine group （n=30） and combined group （n=30） according to admission number. The western medicine group took Diyin tablet for treatment, while the combined group took compound glycyrrhizin combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid for treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared in the two groups. Results After treat- ment, the PASI score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group, the total effec- tive rate was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group, and the levels of IL-17 and IL-22 were lower than those of the western medicine group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid has great effect and high safety for patienbts with psoriasis, which can be promoted.
