摘要
阐述了川西少数民族地区提升自我发民能力的意义及导致自我发展能力低下的原因,提出加强少数民族地区的基础设施建设、加强农村基础教育、提高人口身体素质、调整产业结构、加强基层党组织与民主法制建设等建议。
The causes of low self-development capacity and the significance of improving self-development capacity in ethnic minority areas of West Sichuan Province were analyzed,and some suggestions were proposed,such as strengthening infrastructure construction,enhancing rural basic education,improving physical quality,adjusting industrial structure,and enhancing grass-root party organizations as well as democratic and legal construction.
