摘要
现有身管生产中的光整加工工序质量很大程度上依赖于工人的技术水平,因此,利用磁流变液作为载体设计一种软性的磨具,对拉削膛线后的身管进行光整加工是一种较好的选择。在分析了这种软性磨具的工作原理及身管这种导磁材料利用磁流变液加工的可行性后,对进行光整加工所需要的磁场强度能否实现进行了理论分析与计算。
The quality of traditional finishing process in existing barrel production mainly depends on the technological capability of the workers.So,a new kind of soft abrasive tool that takes magnetorhelogical fluids as carrier of abrasive material was designed.It is a better option to carry out the barrel finishing process after its rifle wascut.At first,the cuttingprinciple and the feasibility of magnetorhelogical fluids were analyzed,then,some theoretical analysis and calculations about magnetic fieldintensity required in finishing process were proceeded.
