摘要
目的探讨急诊昏迷患者的急诊护理要点。方法选择我院收治的60例急诊昏迷患者进行回顾性分析。结果急诊昏迷患者病死率10%,抢救成功率90%。结论急诊昏迷患者病死率高,要具有扎实的基本功以及丰富的医学知识,正确、及时作好对急诊昏迷患者的鉴别分诊,培养敏锐的观察力和预见性,及时加强准确有效的急救护理,有效抢救患者,改善患者预后。
