摘要
药物洗脱支架(drug eluting stent,DES)通过在冠状动脉局部持续缓慢释放抗增殖药物来抑制新生内膜形成。与金属裸支架(bare metal stent,BMS)相比,DES再狭窄发生率由20%-30%降至10%以下。
