摘要
作者应用探针FⅧE_(18)-St14,首次发现St_(14)上存在一组HindⅢRFLP。该RFLP由4.6kb、5.15kb和6.2kb组成,其出现的等位基因频率分别为0.425、0.375和0.2,其理论杂合子检出率为64%。应用HindⅢ/FⅧE18-Sfl4RFLP,我们对2例甲型血友病家系进行了分析。
In this paper we reported a new Hind Ⅲ/St14 restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs) detected with DNA probe F Ⅷ E18-St14. The alleles of this RFLPs included 4.6kb, 5.15kb and 6.2 kb bands, and their frequencies were 0.425, 0.375 and 0.2 respectively. The polymorphism informative capacity was theoretically 65%. By using this new RFLPs, tow famillies with Hemophilia A were detected.
