摘要
目的了解大肠埃希菌(ECO)的耐药性、季胺化合物外排泵基因存在情况及两者相关性。方法用纸片扩散法进行抗菌药物敏感试验,聚合酶链反应检测5种季胺化合物外排泵基因并进行DNA测序。结果 131株ECO对亚胺培南及头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率低,对其他药物耐药率在20.0%~90.0%;qacEΔ1基因与qacG基因携带率分别为77.1%与37.4%,qacF基因与qacE基因未检出,qacH基因阳性仅3株。结论 ECO对常用抗菌药物耐药率高;季胺化合物外排泵基因中qacEΔ1基因与qacG基因携带率高;qacF基因与qacE基因未检出;出现qacH基因,但携带率低;ECO对常用抗菌药物耐药率与qacEΔ1基因、qacG基因携带率相关。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibiotic resistance and efflux pump gene of quaternary ammonium compound in Escherichia coli,as well as the relation between them. METHODS Disc diffusion test was employed to determine the antibiotic resistance.Five efflux pump genes of quaternary ammonium compound were amplified by PCR and their products were sequenced. RESULTS All the 131 E.coli strains maintained fairly high resistant rate(20.6~90.8%) to 13 kinds of antibiotics except imipenem and cefoperazone/sulbactam with resistant rates of 0.76% and 3.75%,respectively.The qacEΔ1 gene and qacG gene were carried 77.1% and 37.4% respectively.No qacE gene and qac F gene was detected.Only three strains possessed qacH gene. CONCLUSION The resistant rates of Escherichia coli to commonly used antibiotics are high.The high carrying rates of qacEΔ1 gene and qacG gene are possessed in E.coli.There is relation between antibiotic resistant rate and the carrying rates of qacEΔ1 gene and qacG gene.
