摘要
目的:对采用五子衍宗软胶囊对患有由于肾虚精亏证所引起的男性少精和弱精不育症的患者进行治疗的效果进行研究分析。方法采用随机抽样的方法,在2006年5月～2010年5月这四年时间里,抽取150例在我院就诊的患有由于肾虚精亏证所引起的男性少精和弱精不育症的临床确诊患者病例,再将其随机分为A、B两组,平均每组75例。A组患者采用口服五子衍宗软胶囊的方法进行治疗;B组患者采用口服五子衍宗蜜丸进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、用药后的并发症和不良反应现象进行比较分析。结果分析结果表明,A组患者的临床治疗效果与B组患者进行比较,其有效率和治愈率都明显高出很多,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);该组患者治疗前后的精子增加幅度明显比B组高出很多,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗的过程中均没有出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象,没有显著的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论采用五子衍宗软胶囊对患有由于肾虚精亏证所引起的男性少精和弱精不育症的患者进行治疗的效果十分明显,在治疗的过程中不会出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象,可以作为对该类患者采用中医方法进行治疗的首选方法,值得进一步的使用和推广。

Conclusion： Using this Pope soft capsule abital with due to deficiency of the kidney essence deficient syndrome caused by the men less refined and weak sperm infertility patients for the effects of the treatment is very clear, in the process of treatment will not appear serious complications and adverse reaction phenomenon can be used for the patients as traditional Chinese medicine treatment method is the preferred way, is worth further use and promotion..
