摘要
目的观察补肾生精方治疗弱精子症的临床疗效。方法将120例弱精子症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,对照组早晚餐后口服右归胶囊3粒,治疗组早晚餐后口服补肾生精方,每次200 ml,两组均治疗3个月后观察临床疗效,并于治疗前后检测两组患者a级精子、(a+b)级精子等指标的变化。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组弱精子症患者治疗后与治疗前比较a级精子、(a+b)级精子等指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),并且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾生精方可明显改善肾阳亏虚型弱精子症不育患者的精子活动率,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Shengjing prescription in treating asthenospermia. Methods120 patients with asthenospermia disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group.The control group took orally Yougui capsules 3 pills after breakfast and dinner. The treatment group tool orally Bushen Shengjing prescription 200 ml after breakfast and dinner. 3 months after treatment, the clinical curative effect was observed. Before and after the treatment, the change of the index on level a sperm and level（a ＋ b） sperm were detected. Results The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%, the clinical total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%, and the treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. Two groups of asthenospermia after treatment compared with before treatment in patients with level a sperm, sperm（level a ＋ b） and other indexes were improved significantly（ P〈0.05）, and the treatment group improved better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bushen Shengjing prescription can obviously improve asthenospermia sterility of kidney-essence deficiency patients semen living rate, and improve the clinical curative effect.
