摘要
为了探讨微生态制剂饲料对肉羊的育肥效果,随机选取90只陕北白绒山羊作为试验动物,分3个组,每组30只,进行为期60 d的育肥试验。3个组精饲料由羊场统一提供。粗饲料:对照组饲喂干玉米秸秆,试验Ⅰ组饲喂青贮玉米秸秆,试验Ⅱ组饲喂添加0.4%EM(有效微生物菌群)菌液的干玉米秸秆。结果表明:经过60 d的饲养,试验Ⅱ组羊体质量增加9.20 kg/只,试验Ⅰ组增加6.29 kg/只,对照组增加4.10 kg/只,其中,试验Ⅱ组体质量增加量极显著高于试验Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组体质量增加量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组比试验Ⅰ组和对照组节约饲料成本2.33元/只和4.37元/只,盈利比试验Ⅰ组和对照组高46.00元/只和80.86元/只,效益非常明显。EM菌液明显提高了肉羊的育肥效果,具有非常大的推广价值。
In order to improve the fattening effect on mutton sheep,90 Shanbei white cashmere goats were randomly and averaged divided into three groups.During the test period of 60 days,the groupⅠwas fed with corn straw silage,the group Ⅱ was fed with dry corn straw added EM bacterial liquid and the control group was fed with dry corn straw.The concentrate forage of the three groups was provided by the farm.The results showed that during the experiment time period,group Ⅱ had a weight gain of 9.20 kg,the groupⅠ6.29 kg and the control group 4.10 kg.The gain in weight of group Ⅱ was significant higher than that of the groupⅠand the control group(P0.01).This indicated that the EM bacterial liquid was a good microbial ecological agent and could be applied in the cultivation industry.
