摘要
目的建立快速、准确鉴别大黄化学成分的液相色谱-质谱方法。方法采用HPLC-MS技术,对大黄的主要化学成分进行分离、鉴别、结构分析。结果根据负离子模式下获得各色谱峰质谱数据,参照文献,对主要色谱峰进行指认,共鉴别了25个化合物,其主要化学成分是多酚、蒽醌及其苷类化合物。结论 HPLC-MS可提高中药化学成分的分析效率,有利于化合物结构鉴别,可作为中药大黄化学成分的鉴定方法。
ObjectiveTo establish a rapid,accurate identification method for chemical constituents in Rhubarb by HPLC-MS.MethodsHigh performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry was used for separation and identification and structure analysis of chemical composition in Rhubarb.ResultsAccording to mass data of chromatography peaks in negative ion mode,combined with the comparison of references,a total of 25 compounds were identified.The main chemical components were polyphenols,anthraquinones and their glycosides.ConclusionHigh performance liquid chromatography with diode-array detection,ion trap mass spectrometry can improve the analysis efficiency of chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine,is beneficial for compounds identification,and can be used as the identification methods of chemical constituents in Rhubarb.
