摘要
目的分析连钱草挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取连钱草挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)仪分析鉴定其化学成分,并应用面积归一法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果水蒸气蒸馏提取物得率为0.8%,通过计算机检索、图谱分析鉴定出46个化合物,其主要成分为Solavetivone(20%)、Bicyclo[5.3.0]decane,2-meth-ylene-5-(1-methylvinyl)-8-methyl-(16.36%)、2-[(Z)-3-Hexenyl]-1-methyl-3-methylen-1-cyclo-hexene(15.44%)等。结论首次研究了连钱草挥发油的化学成分,为合理开发利用资源提供了科学依据。
Objective To analyze the constituents of essential oil from Glechom alongituba（Nakai） Kupr.Methods The volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation.The chemical constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS）.The relative contents were determined by area normalization.Results The extraction rate of Glechom alongituba（Nakai） Kupr was 0.8%.46 compounds were separated and identified,and the main chemical components of essential oil were Solavetivone（20%）,Bicyclodecane,2-methylene-5-（1-methylvinyl）-8-methyl-（16.36%）、2-[（Z）-3-Hexenyl]-1-methyl-3-methylen-1-cyclohexene（15.44%）,etc.Conclusion The essential oil of Glechom alongituba（Nakai） Kupr was studied for the first time.It has provided scientific foundation for exploitation and utilization of Glechom alongituba（Nakai） Kupr.
