摘要
产品研发涉及个体、群体、组织和跨组织4个本体层次的知识转化。基于产品研发流程,即创意形成、创意筛选、产品概念形成与评价、研制、试销和正式投产与上市,详细分析了各阶段本体知识转化活动。发现通过促进产品研发各阶段的本体知识转化,可以更好地实现企业知识创造与知识创新。
Product R D involves knowledge conversion in 4 ontology layers including individual,group,organization,and inter-organization.Based on the process of product R D,namely,the formation of creativity,the screening of creativity,the formation and evaluation of product concept,research and development,test marketing,formal production and marketing,this paper gives a detailed analysis of the ontology knowledge conversion activities at various stages,finding that enterprise knowledge creation and innovation can be better realized by promoting the ontology knowledge conversion at various stages of product R D.
