摘要
从知识、知识活动相关人员和知识保障三个方面对我国和美国的国家知识资源差距进行了比较,进一步从知识资源生产能力、知识共享管理、知识生产产业化水平和国家投入四个方面分析差距产生的原因,提出了我国发展知识资源的对策,包括增强我国科研机构的实力、培养高素质的科研人员、加强对知识资源的生产和引进的监管、实现国家知识共享、推动产业化科研活动的开展。
The paper compares the knowledge resources gap between china and U.S.A from three aspects, that is knowledge, the relative people of knowledge activity and knowledge ensuring. Then the paper analyzes the shaping reason of the gap from four aspects, that is the productivity of knowledge resources, the management of knowledge sharing, the industry level of knowledge producing and country＇s devotion. Finally the paper puts forward the countermeasures our country should take to develop knowledge resources. It includes strength the capability of our country＇s scientific research organization, cultivate the scientific research people with high diathesis, strength the supervise of knowledge resource＇s production and indraught, realize knowledge sharing in whole country and drive the developing of scientific research activity＇s industrialization.
