血清Hcy、hsCRP及UA水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度关系的研究 被引量:12

Correlations between Uric Acid,High Sensitive C-reactive Protein and Homocysteine and Carotis Intima-Media Thickness

摘要 目的探讨患者血清尿酸(UA)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性。方法选取合肥市第三人民医院一定时间内就诊的患者156例,检测血清尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸水平,并应用血管外超声检测的颈动脉内膜中层厚度,依据超声检测的颈动脉内膜中层厚度特点分成3组。比较3组之间血清尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸水平的差异性以及与颈动脉内膜中层厚度相关性。结果各组患者的空腹血糖、血脂、血肌酐、尿素氮等水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血清尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸水平差别具有统计学学意义(P<0.05),并且血清尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度程度呈正比关系。结论血清尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度具有一定的相关性,可作为判断与防治AS发生和发展的指标。 Objective To investigate the correlations between the serum uric acid(UA),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and homocysteine(Hcy) and the thickness of carotis intima-media(CIMT).Methods One hundred and fifty six patients undergoing color Doppler ultrasonography for CIMT were enrolled in this study.All the patients were divided into three groups according to the CIMT,and their UA,hs-CRP and Hcy were detected and compared.The correlations between the level of UA,hs-CRP and Hcy and CIMT were analyzed.Results There was no significantly difference in blood-fasting sugar,blood fat,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen(P0.05),but the difference in the UA,hs-CRP and Hcy were statistically significant(P0.05)among the three groups;And the levels of UA,hs-CRP and Hcy were positively correlated with the CIMT.Conclusion The serum level of UA,hs-CRP and Hcy are closely related to the CIMT,they can be as markers in judging the developments and preventions of arteriosclerosis.
